I’m 2021 when we completed our first Great north Run as we walked towards the start line it was Jo that messaged me to say ‘Good luck, you’ll smash it, enjoy it, I’m proud of you!’

It was always Jo. She was the most selfless, thoughtful friend you could ever wish to have in your life.

My wonderful sisters and friends are training and running the Great North Run alongside me this year so we can raise some money for this amazing charity, so no one has to be without the Jo in their life, ever again. 🩷

I miss you everyday Jo and when I’m finding the training hard I will always think of you and the strength that you found even on a tough day.
